Sekerti is an male Lesser Draconid encountered during the later stages of the quest Liquid Gold. He is the criminal mastermind behind the recent Khoomah addiction that plagues the surrounding villages. He holds Amycus against his will in a contraption that extracts the necessary seed for his Khoomah operation.
