This Sketchy Draconid found near the abandoned huts a little west of the Sabu dockyards (View on map). He provides a rather unusual but possibly useful service.

Scenes

The Sketchy Draconid has a repeatable scene available which requires any male form and a bribe of 50 Gold. Alternatively, the Anubite Guard (Crime) provides a similar service for females.

Effect: The encounter will reset the hostility of neutral Anubite Guards around the settlements.
